New Study Permits And Extension Documents

Notice is hereby given to new students to bring their student study permit documents to the meeting on Friday 02 February.

If you are applying for a new study permit you must bring the following:

1. Completed application form
2. Passport
3. 4 Passport size photos
4. A copy of passport bio-data (front page with personal details)
5. A copy of VanGov Award Letter
6. A copy of Institution Offer Letter
7. A copy of birth certificate or registration
8. Medical certificate
9. Police clearance

Students applying for extension of their current study permits must present the following:

• Passport
• A copy of study permit stamp
• A copy of your passport bio-data (front page with personal details)
• A copy of VanGov Award Letter
• A copy of Institution Offer Letter
• A copy of your current registration

To comply with the duration given to you by the Fiji Immigration boarder officers, your documents will be taken off you for processing.
