Like any other country diplomatic protocol and consular services is one of the main function of foreign affairs and the missions oversea. The Suva mission is strengthening its protocol and consular activities objective to improving its services to its clients, citizens and relationship with Fiji government.
The mission protocol and consular role ensures that all mission state functions, ceremonies, visits and administrative diplomatic affairs are conducted in a professional manner that maintain dignity, decorum and efficiency is aligned to the established international protocol practice and its national protocol guideline.
The mission is authorised to carry out consular activities specifically issuing of visa, travel documents and certification of documents. All documents will include associate fees and charges prescribed by Vanuatu Immigration and Finance regulations.
